There are a number of reasons why this may be occurring.
Firstly, double check the email address you are trying to login with is the same as the email address you set up your Pro User account under.
If you have autofill activated in your browser, it is possible that it is automatically entering the incorrect email address.
It is worth noting that it is a good idea for each agent in a branch to have their own Pro User account. This can lead to autofill using the last email address used to login (if you are using the same computer as others).
If you have entered your password incorrectly a number of times, your account will be temporarily locked to ensure the security of your account. In this instance, you will receive an email informing you of this, along with a link for you to instantly access your account. If you are not receiving this email, please contact us via this chat service and we will help you gain access.
If you have forgotten your password, click the text saying "Forgot your password?" on the login page. This will email you a link to enable you to choose a new password. Make sure that any password you choose is both memorable and secure.
