When you make a purchase on the site (i.e. ID check, credits etc), you will automatically receive a VAT receipt via email to your selected branch email address.
Currently, you can only use your credits to purchase ID/AML checks.
Should you require more credits, you can purchase them through your dashboard. Navigate to the ‘Purchase credits’ option via the dropdown menu in your dashboard:
You can purchase a minimum of 100 credits that can be assigned to any branch or group that you are associated with. It’s important to note that the credits will ONLY be available for this branch/group once you’ve assigned them.
Credits will become available immediately once your payment has been processed.
To use your credits, start by creating an ID/AML check. Once you have selected the type of check, you will be asked whether you would like to charge your client. Select ‘No’, and a ‘Use Credits’ tick box will appear.
You will be able to view your remaining credit balance at the point of creating a new check while selecting that the branch will be paying. If you do not have enough credits to complete the check, simply click the ‘Purchase credits here’ hyperlink, which will take you directly to the credits purchase page.
There is a hidden column in the ID dashboard table that you can turn on which will show you who was the payee for the check (either Pro or Client):
