Digital Legal Packs (DLP) speed up residential sale transactions, reduce the risk of fall through and help you convert more of your clients into using your own preferred conveyancers.
They provide you more information at the point of listing a property, enable you to market your vendors as being ‘sale ready’, enable buyers to make more informed offers and enable conveyancers (any conveyancer in the country) to issue a contract legal pack as soon as an offer is received (not weeks later), because the necessary legal paper work has been pre-completed.
We’ve combined Propertymark’s PIQ (which you need) as well as the TA6, TA7 and TA10 forms (which conveyancers need), we’ve reduced the duplication, added in HMLR title register/plan and added in some additional secret sauce to ensure we get amazing completion rates from clients.
As soon as you create a DLP you get an instant snapshot of material information on a property, map, local authority details, council tax band and rates, EPC details, planning info including conservation area, listed building and grade status, tree preservation orders, flood risk, mobile & broadband coverage etc:

As soon as you win the instruction you should add the sellers to the pack. We’ll digitally nurture them through SMS and email to ensure they complete this quickly. It’s a super easy experience for any client (much better than the paper world). We’ve removed duplication between forms so they only have to provide an answer once and they can complete it on any device (it’s mobile friendly), everything autosaves and updates in real-time.

At any point you can see how far through they are, see their answers and send them a digital reminder at the click of a button. Just click the bell icon on your dashboard to send a reminder or even turn the automated nurturing off.

We’ll carry on nurturing the client until they’ve shared the completed paperwork with a conveyancer, well before an offer has even been accepted. If you’re using our conveyancing quote tools to increase your referrals then we’ll also be promoting your preferred local partners (that you already work with) to increase your referrals from within the DLP.
Our platform works with any conveyancer in the country. We’re a licensee of The Law Society, already have over 1700+ conveyancers onboarded and we’ll onboard your own preferred local conveyancers, so you can work with who you want to work with.
YOU choose who is on your panel, we just supercharge that whole experience to increase client engagement.
You should share a DLP with buyers for 3 reasons:
The more information you provide on the property increases emotional engagement and solicits offers quicker.
Buyers make more informed offers, reducing risk of fall through but also ensuring your compliance with legislation.
Use the DLP to win more instructions by showing buyers the extra level of service (and information) that you provide with listings, especially if you haven’t already won the buyers instruction.
You can share a completed DLP with buyers (we give you a bespoke white-labelled URL for every property) by either including a redacted version in your marketing materials or directly sending to a buyer at the point they’re making an offer. The ‘marketing’ version hides more of the key details, encouraging potential buyers to click and request access, enabling you to use it as a fishing exercise to get the contact details of buyers potentially not already on your books.
Finally, you can also see when your clients' conveyancer has engaged (or not) and downloaded your clients pre-completed conveyancing forms, providing additional transparency to you (for chasing if necessary).
Our agents who use this product love it.
