The document signing service is primarily for your terms of business forms.
These can be either vendor terms of business for property sales, or landlord terms of business for rental properties.
The document signing service can support as many vendors or landlords as you would like, providing your documents support multiple signatories.
The document signing service is generally not used for property information PIQs. If you have these type of documents, and want to streamline your services, we have a standardised purpose built product for this which is the Digital Legal Pack. This has the added benefit of enabling consumers to complete PIQ as well as TA6, TA7, TA10 at the same time, additional material info, access to optional HMLR title register/plan as well as optionally nurturing the consumer to engage with your preferred conveyancers/brokers.
It also enables agents to see when their clients' conveyancer has engaged (or not) and downloaded the forms, providing additional transparency to the agent (for chasing if necessary).
